As Caitlin's partner in Girls Guide and YC Media, Kim's enthusiasm
(read: big mouth) spreads the word about the two businesses. Whether by
Caitlin's side at a public speaking event or in a new business pitch, Kim
takes the advice of Girls Guide to heart: Always be selling.
She thrives on taking Caitlin’s incredible ideas (which I swear she stays up all night every night generating) and running with them. Kim has been a partner in Girls Guide and YC MEDIA with Caitlin for the past six years. In that time, together they have written three books (the newest one, The Girl’s Guide to Kicking Your Career Into Gear will be published in January 2008); lectured all over the country speaking to women about their professional lives, appeared on national television and run a public relations business specializing in food that has grown its billings by more than 10% every year since it started. They are currently developing a reality show and a sitcom. www.girlsguidetobusiness.com was born from Caitlin’s desire to help women achieve happiness in their professional lives. Kim is the mother of a son born on the last day of 1999 and a proud Jersey girl who’s not embarrassed to admit she loves chick flicks, cheesy romance novels, Disco, Funk and Jon Bon Jovi.
